Go to Hell — Damn Site Inn on Hell Creek (Hell, Michigan)

Built in 1948, the Dam Site Inn sits on the site of a dam on Hell Creek. The original 300-square-foot shack has expanded over the years, but the place is still casual and neighborly. Motorcyclists, drawn to the area because of its winding, woodsy roads, still frequent the Dam Site Inn but also do sports car enthusiasts and just general people who like to take a drive and stop for a meal. Also popular at the Dam Site Inn is the live music. Lots of people from 30 miles around come in for a meal and stay for the music. Live music starts with blues on Thursday nights and carries on through the weekend with oldies, rock ‘n’ roll and contemporary hits. The food is great and mostly made from scratch. They do their own smoking of meat for the variety of sandwiches that are offered. If you are traveling and want to experience great food along with a spectacular atmosphere then you need to visit the Dam Site Inn in Hell, Michigan. A cozy little bar/restaurant with home cooked food that’s to die for…no pun intended! You can go have dinner at the Dam Site Inn and then on Friday & Saturday nights you can stay all night long…well, until 2am. They have live entertainment on the weekends. The bands are excellent. If you want a great dinner and a rockin’ night out on the town…Go To Hell..literally…you won’t want to leave and even when they kick you out at 2am. Great for your first bar or to add a one-off concept to your portfolio. It’s a steal!
